Dagestan authorities to create infrastructure for investment projects worth 4.7 billion rubles

Makhachkala, November 23, 2017. By the end of 2017, Dagestan authorities will have completed the creation of engineering infrastructure facilities for the Uytash investment site in Kaspiysk monocity. According to the experts, it is expected to boost the implementation of two investment projects worth approx 4.7 billion rubles. This was announced on Wednesday by the vice-chairman of the republican government, the Minister of Economy and Territorial Development of Dagestan Rajudin Yusufov.

"Three objects have been put into operation: a section of motorway, gas and water supply units. Two more facilities are at the stage of equipment installation. On December 1, the construction of the sewage treatment facilities will be finished. By December 10-15, the construction of substations (for electricity supply) will have been completed" - Yusufovsaid.

According to Yusufov, two large projects are being implemented at the Uytash investment site, started in 2014. One of them envisages the construction of factories for the production of ceramic bricks, aerated concrete blocks, dry construction mixtures and lime. Earlier, the project was estimated at 4.11 billion rubles. Within the project it is planned to create 280 permanent and 150 temporary jobs.
The second project - the technical re-equipment and the expansion of the procurement production of the plant named after M.Gajiyev worth 600 million rubles. As part of the project, as reported by the regional authorities, it is planned to create 570 permanent and 100 temporary jobs.
