Makhachkala, October 7, 2014. A court of arbitration and a mediation institution have been established in Makhachkala, a source in the community liaison office of the Daghestan entrepreneurs’ rights commissioner told RIA "Dagestan".

The court of arbitration was established to resolve disputes between legal entities and private individuals and protect violated or disputed civil rights. Here, the arbitration procedure is much faster and more efficient than that in the state courts. The case is considered in one agency only, with a 3-month consideration period.

The mediation institution was established to help people exercise their right to peaceful settlement of disputes. Mediation in business is an effective means of quick resolving disputes with escaping bureaucratic formalities. It allows the 2 parties to quickly overcome or even avoid conflicts that hinder operation of enterprises or even entire industries.

The 2 new institutions’ address is 15b, Akushinsky Avenue, Makhachkala, Daghestan.
