Corrugated board and packaging production factory opens in Dagestan

The Ekotar LLC is launching a factory for the production of corrugated cardboard and packaging in Dagestan. The project is implemented in the Uytash investment site, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Dagestan reports.

It is noted that the factory is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure and raw materials. To implement the project, the investor attracted more than 220 million rubles of his own funds. The number of permanent jobs is 90 in three shifts.

The annual volume of taxes and payments to the consolidated budget of the region when the project reaches full capacity is expected to be approx. 40 million rubles. The production volume after reaching full design capacity will make 55.7 million square meters of cardboard per year and 38.9 million units of corrugated packaging per year for subsequent sale to commodity producers in Dagestan and the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District.

Here, in the future, it is planned to establish the production of canned vegetables with further packaging in their own containers.
