Makhachkala, April 23, 2014. The Russian cultural and investment forum, taking place at this moment in Makhachkala, brought together the representatives fr om different regions and countries.

The representative of Gruppo Pasit Italia Cesare Skotoni in an interview to the RIA "Dagestan" noted that Daghestanis externally very resembled the Italians.

"Externally, our peoples are very similar and we have an impression that we don't go anywhere else ever. In Italy, people know a lot about Daghestan and are interested in the life of Daghestani people. In Trento - the city wh ere I live, there is even a club of friends of Daghestan. I want to note that the republic has changed a lot for the last five years and today we see how Daghestan is developing rapidly. I take this opportunity to thank the Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Karibov, who works with many entrepreneurs in Italy, "- he said.

Cesare Skotoni also noted the investment attractiveness of Daghestan.

" We do not have our own projects in the republic , but we see the potential of Daghestan in agriculture and tourism. We are studying all these directions. Today's cultural investment forum has allowed us to get acquainted better with all Daghestan leadership. And I hope that in the near future, we’ll implement a number of projects in Daghestan"- Cesare concluded.
