Makhachkala, April 12, 2018. On April 10, Murad Dalgatov, the plenipotentiary for the protection of entrepreneurs' rights in the Republic of Dagestan, held a working meeting with the owners of shoe factories. As reported by the press service of the business ombudsman, 10 entrepreneurs took part in the open discussion.

According to the source, the businessmen identified a number of problematic issues. In particular, the sitting participants touched upon the problem of the shadow business. The legal producers are forced to bear an increased fiscal burden, paying taxes both for themselves and for those who do not want to do it – the business community representatives noted.

One of the owners of the shoe factory noted the problem of technical conditions, namely the transfer of shops from the category of living quarters to the non-residential facilities. Besides, the businessmen complained on the high duties of imported equipment.

The Commissioner told about the current "supervisory holidays", which involve a moratorium on routine inspections for the enterprises that did not have serious violations of requirements for conducting activities for three years. "All the requirements for specific activities will be streamlined, systematized and placed in the public domain" - Dalgatov said.

The entrepreneurs reported that the market is simply full of cheap products of Chinese enterprises. In their opinion, it is very difficult to compete with them, despite the low quality of Chinese products. The meeting participants also touched upon the problem of banking products, offered in other regions, but not available for Dagestan entrepreneurs.
