According to the company director Azamat Alibulatov, the project is ready for implementation. The only thing left to do is to determine the plot of land. "There is an understanding with the new administration of Makhachkala and we are also supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Dagestan. During the realization of the project, we plan to lay a super intensive sweet cherry orchard on the area of 25 hectares, a sort of prunes on the area of 25 hectares, the building of a hothouse complex of IV generation on the area of 3 hectares, a refrigerating chamber and a center of presale preparation under a single brand", - Alibulatov said.

The project also implies the development of branded trade network, online store, online sales of products, construction of reclamation networks, production of rice and fodder crops, creation of complex tourist product, development of gastronomic tourism, organization of agro-industrial site, meeting modern requirements for placement of ACC enterprises, etc.
