Makhachkala, June 6, 2014. An opening ceremony of fruit-and-vegetable processing plant “Kikuninsky cannery” LLC after the renovation and modernization of production facilities took place in Gergebilskiy district of Daghestan.

The solemn event was attended by Daghestan Prime Minister Abdussamad Gamidov, Deputy Chairman of Open Joint-Stock Company Russian Agricultural Bank Kirill Levin, the plenipotentiary representative of Daghestani  Head at the Mining District of Daghestan  Ibragim Ibragimov, the deputy Prime Minister Sharip Sharipov and other officials.

It should be noted that the fruit-and-vegetable processing plant “Kikuninsky cannery” LLC is one of the leading enterprises of the canning industry in Daghestan.
The main activity of the plant is the production and selling of canned products, fruit and vegetable juices, seedlings of fruit plants, meat and meat products, stock-rearing, as well as processing of agricultural production.

The cost of the project is estimated at 532 RUR million, 397 million rubles of which are the borrowings of OJSC "Rosselkhozbank" extended for a period 6 years at 14% per annum and the rest sum is equity.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Abdussamad Gamidov on behalf of Daghestani Head, the republican government and the National Assembly thanked the head of the Russian Agricultural Bank Dmitry Patrushev and his deputy Kirill Levin for their attention to Daghestan.

After a ribbon cutting ceremony with the participation Abdussamadov Gamidov, Kirill Levin and Magomed Sheikhov, the delegation proceeded to inspect a new workshop and studied in detail the entire process of producing.
