Abdusamad Gamidov visits new sausage plant in Karabudakhkentsky district of Dagestan

Makhachkala, November 25, 2015. The day before, November, 24, the prime minister of the Republic of Dagestan Abdusamad Gamidov accompanied by the vice premier Bilal Omarov and the minister of agriculture and food RD Batal Batalov visited a new modern sausage producing plant located in Karabudakhkentsky district of Dagestan.

As to the top manager of the company Dzhamal Omarov, 47 million rubles had been spent to construct the premises and to purchase equipment for the plant. The plant is ready for launch: specialists are busy with the adjustment of equipment. "We create 22 jobs with average salary of about 20 thousand rubles. In perspective there may be employed about 50 workers", - Omarov stated.

Abdusamad Gamidov, stressing the importance of implementing of similar projects, expressed confidence that Dagestan products will be in great demand not only in the republic but also beyond.

"We hope that these complexes will be replicated in the other regions of the republic. It serves for an additional impetus to the development of agriculture "- the Prime Minister said.

In turn, Bilal Omarov noted the readiness of Dagestan Government to render state support in the form of grants. The new plant will produce smoked, semi-smoked and boiled sausages (26 kinds in total) from different types of meat. In the near future, it is planned to bring the output up to 6 tons per day. The official opening ceremony of the plant is scheduled for the next week.
