Izberbash to Host All-Russian Boxing Tournament in Memory of Murad Gamzaev

IZBERBASH, May 25 – RIA Dagestan. The 24th All-Russian Boxing Tournament in memory of Merited Master of Sports of the USSR Murad Gamzaev will take place June 2–6 in Izberbash. As in previous years, the competition will be held at the Ali Aliev Training and Sports Base. To date, teams from 15 regions of Russia have confirmed their participation.

Medals in the men's competition will be contested across 13 weight categories, while the women's competition will feature six weight categories. The tournament continues to serve as an important platform for developing boxing talent across Russia and honoring the legacy of one of the sport's most distinguished Soviet-era athletes.
