MAKHACHKALA, August 19 – RIA Dagestan. Two-time Olympic freestyle wrestling champion Abdulrashid Sadulaev has resumed full training following a knee injury.
Dagestani wrestler sustained the injury in early July during a bout against American Kyle Snyder at a RAF tournament in Tbilisi. Medical examinations revealed a partial tear of the collateral ligament in his knee.
The injury forced Sadulaev to miss the Russian Championships. He is scheduled to compete in his next bout on September 5 in Moscow, facing American Zack Braunagel at a RAF event.
