MAKHACHKALA, April 17 – RIA Dagestan. Dagestan Labor Ministry, backed by major employers and vocational schools have organized a regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair.
Factories, holdings and companies presented thousands of job openings. Job seekers could meet employers face-to-face, do express interviews and get hired on the spot. School graduates got presentations from colleges and technical schools on in-demand fields and how to apply.
Attendees also learned about free retraining under the national "Personnel" project—a chance to switch careers or upgrade skills. Interactive zones offered folk craft workshops, resume tips, interview training and prize contests.
The event served as a comprehensive platform connecting job seekers with employers while providing career development resources and promoting vocational education in the republic.
