The Russian government has approved an additional RUB 400 million for the Industrial Development Funds of three regions—Karelia, Dagestan and Tula Oblast—to support local enterprises in launching new investment projects and modernizing existing capacities. According to the Government Press Service, the measure will provide businesses with access to low-interest loans, helping to drive regional industrial growth.

In Dagestan, the allocated resources will be directed toward upgrading ceramic tile (keramogranit) manufacturing facilities. The modernization aims to expand product ranges, increase production volumes, and reinforce the republic’s role in Russia’s construction materials sector.

Experts note that these state-backed initiatives not only enhance individual production capabilities but also stimulate regional economies, accelerate technological adoption and strengthen the competitiveness of Russian-made goods on both domestic and international markets. By targeting strategic sectors and fostering public-private collaboration, the program contributes to long-term, sustainable industrial development across the country.
