A tender has been launched on the Goszakupki portal to build the Avangard Military-Patriotic Youth Education Center for Children in Dagestan, on the Caspian Sea shore. The contract is estimated at RUB 1.5 billion. Applications are accepted until November 1st.
According to the terms of the competition, the Avangard Center will be a complex of four buildings, including an administrative and recreational block, educational buildings, dormitories and a sports complex. It will be located in the village of Zelenomorsk, Karabudakhkentski municipal district and should be completed by December 2027.
Besides, in 2026, as part of the Caspian coastline development strategy in the republic, construction of Dagestan All-Russian Children's Camp will begin, designed for 1,500 kids.
