Apartment prices overall rose in 51 cities and dropped in 19. Leading the pack: Grozny (+16.1%), Barnaul (+15.8%), Nizhny Tagil (+14.6%), Simferopol (+11.1%), Magnitogorsk (+10.1%), Cheboksary (+8.5%), Makhachkala (+7.6%), Ivanovo (+7.5%), Smolensk (+7.2%), and Naberezhnye Chelny (+7%).
In Dagestani capital, the average new-build apartment now costs just under RUB 3.8 million. For context, neighboring regional centers show: Stavropol – RUB 6.4 million; Grozny – RUB 6.17 million; Vladikavkaz – RUB 8.24 million.
