IZBERBASH, May 6 – RIA "Dagestan." Dagestan's State Procurement Committee has announced a tender for reconstructing external water supply system in the town of Izberbash with a budget of RUB 4 billion. The project will improve water quality in Izberbash, Kaspiysk the village of Manaskent and Karabudakhkent District, with funding from federal and republican budgets.
The contractor will handle preparatory work, earthmoving, foundations, pipeline laying, electrical and communication networks as well as the hydraulic engineering, with completion scheduled for December 2028.
The project is part of a broader water infrastructure modernization program. In 2025, Dagestan secured RUB 6.8 billion through a treasury infrastructure loan to extend the main pipeline from Kaspiysk to Izberbash.
