As to the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the republic of Dagestan Yahya Buchaev, the educational and methodological center for military-patriotic education of youth "Avangard" will soon be created in the region. The facility will be located on the basis of the Caspian suburban children's camp. The construction is scheduled for 2022. Later, such centers are planned to be gradually created in the other municipalities, including the towns of Kaspiysk and Derbent. For the timely delivery of these objects and the organization of work, the regional governor Sergei Melikov instructed to work out the issue of laying funds in the budget of the republic for 2022 within the framework of budget planning activities.
