Makhachkala, January 30, 2019. On January 29-30, Makhachkala, the administrative center of Dagestan hosts a festival of folk and children's exemplary drama collectives for the assignment (confirmation) of the title "folk, exemplary group of amateur art". It is reported that more than 30 bands from different municipalities of the region will take part in the big event. The collectives will be evaluated by a professional commission.
