Makhachkala, November 11, 2018. The supervision over the order on the roads strengthens in Dagestan. Dozens of new video surveillance cameras will appear on the dangerous sections of the motorways in Dagestan. The roads of Dagestan are becoming safer. The cameras are installed primarily on the most emergency areas.

- Until December 25, 2018, 129 new cameras will start operating on the federal and partly on the regional roads of Dagestan. They will record violations in the emergency-hazardous areas that are determined by the Interior Ministry and the Ministry of Transport, Vladimir Vasilyev, the governor of the region said on Friday at the presentation of the new Cabinet of the republic.

Of this number, 59 have already been mounted. 19 of them are connected to the Center for Automatic Recording of Administrative Offenses (ARAO).
