On October 7 the acting Head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov, who is on a working trip to Moscow, met with the head of the Federal Property Management Agency Vadim Yakovenko, the press service of the republican government reports.

Melikov and Yakovenko discussed the issues related to the economic development of the region. The parties also touched upon the plans for the further use of federal land plots located on the territory of the republic. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation. They also outlined plans for joint work to strengthen the economic potential of Dagestan.
