Makhachkala, November 28, 2016. Dagestani athletes won medals of different values at the World Armwrestling Championship among sportsmen with diseases of musculoskeletal system, the head coach of Dagestan armwrestling team Gasan Alibekov reports.

The International competition took place in Rumiana on November 20 to 25. Among the winners of the championship were six Dagestani sportsmen gained 8 gold, 10 silver and a bronze medals.

Magomedrasul Musayev (up to 70 kg) demonstrated an absolute result winning four gold medals in the fight with the both hands. The next armwrestler Yusup Yusupaliev (up to 95 kg) took two gold and silver medals. Two awards of the highest standard are belonged to Magomed Dingiev (up to 70 kg).  Karim Shehsaidov (up to 55 kg) and Nizami Rabadanov (up to 80 kg) took 4 silver medals. Besides, Magomed Rasulov (up to 60 kg) became a bronze medalist.
