Makhachkala, May 20, 2015. The All Stars international wrestling tournament for the prizes of prominent Dagestani and Russian statesman Magomedali Magomedov is scheduled to run June 27 at the Ali Aliyev Sports Palace in Kaspiysk, first deputy minister of physical culture and sports Zainal Salautdinov told RIA Dagestan.

"This tournament is dedicated to Magomedov’s 85th anniversary. The zest of the tournament is that it is held for the absolute weight only. Initially, we planned to hold it in the sports complex of Levashi village Levashi region, where Magomedov had come from - this sports facility has experience in holding many important sports events. Still, it is unable to place all willing to attend the tournament, so we decided to hold the tournament at the largest indoor sports arena of the republic - the Ali Aliyev Sports Palace in Kaspiysk.

"We are awaiting 36 strongest absolute weight wrestlers (+125 kg). Here, allowed are winners of the national, continental, world championships and Olympic Games. The organizing committee will provide visa support to all participants and accredited persons of the tournament,"- Salaudinov commented.

For the winners of the tournament, the organizing committee has established solid cash prizes. The winner receives $40,000, the second place earns $30,000, the third prize winner gets $10,000, and the winner’s coach’s earning is $10,000. The remaining participants of the tournament will receive $1,000.
