Three projects from Dagestan win 2nd annual All-Russian competition of innovative architectural projects

Makhachkala, February 26, 2016. Three projects from Dagestan have won in the second annual All-Russian competition of innovative architectural projects, the first deputy Dagestani minister of construction, architecture and housing Magomed Osmanov says. According to Osmanov, the urban planning project of the town of Izberbash won in the nomination "The best town-planning".
The Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men handed over the awards to the winners. As Men noted the competition was growing in popularity from year to year.

Totally, more than 194 applications were submitted for the contest, of which 57 reached the final. In 2016, the organizing committee of the competition has established a new nomination "The best realized project of built-up area" challenged by 18 projects. The state officials, the representatives of business companies - the developers, technical customers took part in the contest.
The bids were evaluated by an expert jury, consisting of practitioners, representatives of the leading scientific institutions of our country, the heads of national associations and employers' associations in the construction industry.

Recall, the annual urban development contest announced by the Russian Federation Ministry of Construction on December 10, 2014 pursues its main purpose - to define the best practice projects in the field of urban planning and their implementation in other regions of the country.
