Makhachkala, August 1, 2014. An open youth municipal administration will be established in Daghestan, the press service of Makhachkala committee on sports, tourism and youth affairs informed RIA "Dagestan".

The administration aims at creating good environment to make young people more socially active and involve them in solving social and economic problems.
The charter says the youth administration is there for creating opportunities and mechanisms for the young and promising to participate in Makhachkala administration’s activities, developing methodology and information to help promote social activity in the city, and helping work out an integrated system of selecting, preparing and implementing youth’s social projects.

The organization will have its own structure comprising a head, a few deputy heads, and the members.

The open youth organization will be staffed basing on the results of a competitive selection.
