Makhachkala, January 18, 2016. The minister for Affairs of the North Caucasus Lev Kuznetsov, speaking at the Gaidar Forum on staff mobility, noted that one need to take into account the national peculiarities and the traditions of both the hosts and visitors when employing the young workers from the Caucasus, say, in the Far East.

According to Kuznetsov, first one need to create comfortable conditions for the socio-cultural environment. "Secondly, the natural integration into the traditions, the ways of life that exist in each region is needed. On the other hand, the hosts may display willingness to take adequate account of people arriving from ather regions and to accept those orders and the regional values".

The Minister also pointed out that “The Northern Caucasus is a very emotional region" and "it is very important for the young people there, what business they are engaged in”.
