Makhachkala, May 7, 2014. Cooperation between Danish universities and Daghestan State University was discussed at the annual meeting of goodwill ambassadors in Denmark, the DSU press service reported RIA "Daghestan".
The meeting was aimed at promoting international cooperation in developing science and technology. Participants focused on establishing joint projects and developing educational exchanges between the DSU and Danish universities.
In Denmark, the group of young scientists and international organizations’ officials also met with Danish Prince Joachim in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The main objective of the Danish goodwill ambassadors’ working group is to create bilateral opportunities for students and scholars’ mobility and help them develop continuous learning and career growth.
Following the meeting, Denmark’s minister of trade and cooperation Mogens Jensen noted that involvement of highly qualified personnel is currently crucial for international competitiveness and development of innovation and entrepreneurship.
