Makhachkala, September 5, 2014. Daghestan State Technical University’s department of foreign languages for economic disciplines has been awarded a diploma and a medal "Golden Department of Russia" for their accomplishments in developing domestic education, the university’s press service informs.

This is a recognition of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences within the national program "Gold reserves of Russian science". The academy annually awards the best university departments basing on their activity indicators in multiple fields - their educational, scientific, methodical and educational work.

The DSTU’s department of foreign languages for economic disciplines headed by Professor Nazhavat Abueva has proved it is one of the best in Russia in 2014 to be awarded the gold medal and the diploma "Golden Department of Russia".
