Dagestan to coordinate international youth exchange with Caspian countries

Makhachkala, January 26, 2015. Dagestan will coordinate international youth exchange with Caspian countries, the press service of the republican ministry of youth affairs told RIA Dagestan.

A delegation of the International Youth Centre is coming to Dagestan. They are: general director of the center and adviser to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Alexei Lyubtsov, his advisor Alexander Pochkin and his assistant Dilafruz Radjabova. The delegation plans to sign a tripartite agreement with Dagestan State University and the republican ministry of youth affairs. The agreement enables Dagestan to coordinate international youth exchange with Caspian countries.

The agreement is about developing international youth cooperation, supporting young leaders’ initiatives in youth entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, media, ecology, volunteering, healthy lifestyle, patriotism, leadership, governance, about cooperation in education and science, joint organization of conferences, forums, and round tables, and arrangement of foreign delegations’ visits.

They also have in mind to hold an educational youth forum "Caspian Sea-2015" as part of international exchange with Caspian states’ representatives and open a regional center "Expert" to train and retrain professionals working with young people. Graduates of the "Expert" center will get a diploma indicating the number of classes and subjects.

The center staff is comprised of prominent public and political figures of Dagestan and other Russian regions. Having the center, the Dagestan ministry of youth affairs expects to get professionally trained specialists for the entire youth policy area.
