Makhachkala, December 4, 2015. The Regional Center for military-patriotic education of citizens for military service will appear in Dagestan soon. The Charter for the organization was developed in the last year, but due to problems with financing the work was frozen.

The working group, chaired by the deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Ramazan Djafarov, has recently gathered for a meeting to discuss the issues related to the creation of the center, the governmental press service reports.

In particular, the group members discussed whether to open the center "from anew" or to base it on the operating organizations. As a result, it was decided to establish it on the basis of the republican DOSAAF (Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet).

"The best solution, according to members of the working group, becomes the operation of the new organization on the basis of the National Center for Civil-patriotic education of children and youth under the Ministry of Youth Policy RD" – the press service official transfers.
