Makhachkala, July 12, 2017. Today, the Days of Dagestan poetry kick off in Adygea, the press service of Dagestan government reports. As formed, the Heads of two regions - Ramazan Abdulatipov and Murat Kumpilov, as well as the Chairman of Dagestan Writers’ Union Magomed Akhmedov, the Chairman of Adygea Writers’ Union Iskhak Mashbash and the artists intend to take part in the solemn opening of the poetry festival. The main goal of the Days of Dagestani poetry is to preserve the good traditions of the peoples of fraternal republics and to popularize the poetry of the peoples of Dagestan outside the region.
