Ramazan Abdulatipov visits Crimea and Sevastopol
The competitions, organized in the honor of the third anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia, for the prizes of the plenipotentiary representative of the RF President in the NCFD, the Vice Admiral, the Hero of the Russian Federation Oleg Belaventsev, took place in the water area of the Sevastopol Bay.
In his opening speech, Oleg Belaventsev, in particular, said:
"It is joyful that more and more participants every year attend this regatta. The event has become traditional, I am confident that we will continue to host it. Our great sailors, as well as guests from other regions take part in the regatta. This demonstrates that we are united, multinational, and our country is becoming more and more powerful."
In an interview with journalists, the Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, noted:
"The governors of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the North Caucasus District, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, the commander of the Airborne Forces of Russia participate in the contest. There has never been the same competition. Sevastopol and Crimean cities become the center of yachting. We have already had a number of projects considered by major players, to build a modern yacht club. Crimea has a prospect of development in this direction"- Sergei Aksyonov emphasized.
The commander of the Airborne Troops Colonel-General Andrey Serdyukov, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Alexander Vitko, the acting Governor of the city of Sevastopol, Dmitry Ovsyannikov, the Head of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Vyacheslav Bitarov, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov, the Head of the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic Yuri Kokov, the Head of the Karachaevo-Cherkess Republic Rashid Temrezov, the first deputy Chairman of the KCHR Government Eldar Baichorov and others participated in the regatta.
