Makhachkala, May 21, 2015. Dagestan Head Ramazan Abdulatipov placed first in the media rating of North Caucasus Federal District governors in April, 2015. The second was occupied by head of the Stavropol region Vladimir Vladimirov, and the third was Head of Ingushetia region Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.

Ramazan Abdulatipov has skipped 4 points up to the twentieth place in the national rankings, too. In April, he had scored 2,057 media references. Medialogia reports, the central topics of referring to Ramazan Abdulatipov were Ramzan Kadyrov’s conflict with the Interior Ministry and the Investigative Department.

Dagestan Head said it was unacceptable "to ignore the regional leaders" and reminded that the regional heads are appointed by the Russian President.

Also, the media reported that Ramazan Abdulatipov and Tatarstan Head Rustam Minnikhanov discussed cooperation at the interregional level, and other relevant topics for the two republics.
