Makhachkala, July 7, 2015. On July 6, Dagestani Head Ramazan Abdulatipov took part in the solemn first asphalt laying ceremony on the section between the 60th and the 72th kilometers of the road Gunib - Vantlyashevsky in Shamilski district of the republic.

Ramazan Abdulatipov was accompanied by the head of Government Administration Ramazan Aliyev, the director of the "Dagavtodortrans" JSC Zagid Khuchbarov and the road service workers.

The road is built within the framework of the republican program "Construction of asphalt roads to eight district centers" started in August 2014.
Dagestan  Head noted the importance of the event in his speech. "The road, trail in the mountains is the most important thing. The highlanders had been beating paths for centuries, using them to communicate with each other. Good road infrastructure is an effective tool for economic development, culture and communication"

Noteworthy, it is necessary to excavate about 1 million 200 cubic meters of rock to put into operation the section of 12,5 km asphalted road. For today, 7.5 km section is ready.
