Makhachkala, July 4, 2016. The mayor of Izberbash Abdulmejid Suleymanov and the head of Kronstadt district municipal administration of St. Petersburg Oleg Dovganyuk signed a cooperation agreement in the City Hall of Izberbash.

"The parties have agreed on cooperation in trade-economic, scientific-technical, cultural and social fields", - the press service of Dagestan government reports. The agreement will eventually develop business and partnership relations between cities and promote cooperation in various fields of human activity.

“Dagestanis treat St. Petersburg with the utmost respect as the cultural center of the Russian Federation.  I have a special place in my heart for St. Petersburg and is always pleased to visit your city. We especially appreciate the city of Kronstadt, which is related to the sea side located Izberbash.” - A. Suleymanov said.

The document has become an essential part of the agreement between St. Petersburg and Dagestan on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation signed in 2007, which is designed to 2018, - the spokesperson resumed.
