Makhachkala, February 23, 2015. Dagestan Head Ramazan Abdulatipov is in media top three of the NSFD governors as of January, 2015, - he is the second coming on the heels of the  rating leader – Chechnya’s Head Ramzan Kadyrov and preceding the number three – Ingushetia’s head Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.

Medialogia’s research says the top issues about Dagestan Head were the reports on Abdulatipov’s annual state-of-the-nation address to Dagestan National Assembly, his condemnation of what French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo had done through publishing cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad, and his proposal to hold a mawlid after the Friday prayers in Dagestan.
