Makhachkala, January 13, 2015. Dagestan government plans for 2015-2020 imply introducing the Unified system of electronic document management in all local governments and republic’s state institutions, the press service of Dagestan ministry of communications reports.

The system is being created in several stages. In 2013-2014, it was introduced in the Dagestan head and government’s administration and the republican executive bodies.

In 2014, the system was also installed in Dagestan National Assembly, Dagestan Constitutional Court, Dagestan Chamber of Accounts, Dagestan Election Commission, all 30 executive bodies, 10 urban district administrations, and all 42 municipal district administrations.

Head of the e-government development board of Dagestan ministry of communications Askandar Magomedov noted:

"Last year we did not have to buy the system, we have contracted with local Electronic Office Systems partners only on training 1,200 employees of the republican municipalities and on installing the already established software. Also, 3 employees of our ministry now keep training the previously trained system users, add new users to the system, and maintain the reference books."
