Makhachkala, April 1, 2014. On March 27-29, the resort city of Kislovodsk was hosting the 12th annual North Caucasus Urban Planning Forum "Stroymaster". Traditionally, the forum was organized by the "Caucasus" Exhibition Centre of the Stavropol Builders’ Union with the support of the Stavropol region’s government, the Stavropol Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing, the Stavropol Union of Builders (employers), the NCFD Union of Сonstruction Сompanies (employers), and the Self-Regulating North Caucasus Builders’ Organization.

Here came the official delegations from Daghestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia-Alania, Chechnya, and Ingushetia. Daghestan was represented by CEO of the "NCFD Builders’ Guild", the member of the Russian Builders’ Association Ali SHakhbanov, the deputy Head of the Department for construction industry development of Daghestan ministry of construction, architecture and housing Surkhay Galbatsev, and the rector of the North Caucasus Builders’ Advanced Training Institute Zapir Akayev.

The forum’s exposure allows the companies to showcase their best developments, various construction equipment, finish materials, investment and innovative projects, and modern construction technology. This year, the exhibition center housed the exposures of more than 150 companies from various regions of Russia, too.

There was a useful business program for professionals to help open new ways for cooperation. There were conferences, round tables and meetings on relevant topics useful not only for specialists in this area, but also for all visitors interested in the changes in legislation, new solutions, technology and development in the construction industry.

Thus, the forum organizers invited Rector Zapir Akayev to participate in the round table "Reforming state order: contract system in state procurement".
Following the "Stroymaster-2014" forum, many participants pointed out the high level of its organization and effectiveness, and noted that involvement of the NCFD delegations end up in fruitful impact on interregional cooperation development, attraction of investments in the industry, and high efficiency of business contacts.
