Makhachkala, December 1, 2015. The business Ombudsman of Dagestan has taken part in the working meeting of Commissioners for the Protection of the rights of businesspersons in Moscow, the press service of the ombudsman’s office reports.

The meeting participants discussed the current situation, the legislative initiatives of the Institute in the North Caucasus, the Crimea, Central, Southern and Northwestern Federal Districts.

The head of an Expertise Center Anastasia Alekhnovich outlined the work of the Institute on legislative initiatives.

"The volume of work done and the plans for future are big indeed. So, today we adopted an initiative on insurance of individual entrepreneurs. In the near future, we will submit for discussion several bills on insurance of legal entities and regulating the market of low-rise construction to the inter-factional parliamentary working group.

By the end of the year, the State Duma received a bill on the regulation of non-stationary objects, agricultural markets, extension of lease contracts, limiting the growth rate, and others. We have prepared a bill to motivate municipalities " - Alekhnovich said.

During the meeting, the regional commissioners raised the issues of VAT (value-added tax) refund, the water and alcohol regulation.

"We also touched upon the urgent problem of deferral tolling on federal highways with heavy trucks with the weight of over 12 tons" - Alekhnovich concluded.
