Makhachkala, March 19, 2015. About 14 Russian regions take part in the12th inter-regional exhibition with international participation "Business Dagestan - 2015", the 1st Deputy Dagestan Prime Minister Anatoly Karibov said at the opening ceremony held in the Republican Library named after R.Gamzatov.

A.Karibov heartily welcomed the participants on behalf of the republican leadership. "The exhibition activity in Dagestan is an important segment of the market and is one of the most effective forms for expansion of economic ties, the promotion and establishment of inter-regional, international business contacts, the creation of the image of Dagestan as a region attractive for potential investors.

From year to year, Dagestan exhibition-forum becomes more popular. The participation of 14 Russian regions, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Rostov Region, Republic of Tatarstan, the  neighbors on the North Caucasian Federal District, as well as the representatives of Azerbaijan confirmed the participation in the event" – the republican vice premier says.

Dagestan Deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence that the exhibition would lead to the modernization of economy, encourage innovation-based development, strengthen existing and establish new mutually beneficial relations among the Republic and the other subjects of the Russian Federation.

Let us remind, the exhibition is initiated by the Republican exhibition and marketing center "Dagestan-EXPO" with support and participation of Dagestani Head and the Government RD, the ministry of economic and territorial development, the ministry of trade, investment and enterprenship, the ministry of industry, transport and energy, the ministry of state property management, the ministry of press and information, the ministry of communications and Makhachkala Mayor’s Office. The forum will last till March 21.
