Makhachkala, May 30, 2014. The head of the SISV of the North Caucasus Centre of the Russian Emergency Ministry Alexander Dubov arrived in Daghestan for a working visit, the press service of the Daghestan emergency ministry reports.
"During the visit, Alexander Dubov held classes in professional training, compliance with law, and anti-corruption while serving their government duties for the Daghestan SISV staff," - the statement says.
According to the ministry, Dubov also inspected the SISV units of the Russian Emergency Ministry in Daghestan, and the regional search-and-rescue team for preparing to navigation vessels and crews of the Russian Emergency Ministry in 2014.
In addition, Alexander Dubov paid great attention to issues of control and supervision of the SISV department and to the staff’s knowledge of legal acts. It is worth noting that the main focus of the meeting was put on organizing and preparing for the beach season-2014.
