Makhachkala, March 3, 2015. Dagestan multifunctional centers rendered 206,413 services in 2014, Director of Dagestan MFC Osman Hasbulatov told RIA Dagestan. Of these, 91,240 are state-provided services and 62,960 are municipal services. The centers render 1,500 services a day. More than a million republic’s residents have access to the services.

Hasbulatov said that the MFC’s "one stop" principle implies a person may apply once and suggests he or she can get a whole range of services by speaking to one universal operator. The specialists’ services are free, which is one of the most significant thing about MFC’s work. A person has to wait 10-15 minutes on average.

MFC staff regularly inform the public about their work. Their services are duplicated through social networks, media, and house visits. Following the Russian Presidential decree, 90% of citizens ought to have got access to "one stop" services in the region by the end of 2015.
Today, there are 20 offices of Dagestan MFC and 2 municipal MFCs.
