Makhachkala, March 10, 2013. The 31-year-old Russian heavyweight Magomed Abdusalamov (17-0-0) has defeated 32-year-old Puerto Rican (21-2-0) within the boxing night held in Atlantic City.

At the beginning of the battle, Victor Bisbal started quite well, showing an impressive ability to take a punch.

From the third round, Abdusalamov began to attack actively. In the fourth round Magomed repeatedly shook his opponent, and in the fifth one, after a hard and accurate backhand forward, Bisbal fell down on the floor, rose, but was not  able to continue the duel, and the referee stopped the fight.

It is worth noting that a victory in this battle, should seriously promote Abdusalamov in WBC rating, which will allow him in the near future to participate in a qualifying or a title fight.
