Makhachkala, February 22, 2012. On February 22 in Makhachkala, the Republican Library hosted the expanded board of the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Dagestan attended by the deputy Prime Minister RD Antonina Idrisova, the Finance Minister RD Abdusamad Gamidov, the representatives of ministries and departments and others. The meeting participants reviewed the results of execution of the republican budget RD and the municipal budgets in 2011 and the objectives for financial agencies in 2012. Besides, the attendees considered results of implementation of the Federal Law 83-FZ.

Opening the meeting, Abdusamad Gamidov noted that in 2011 the Finance Ministry and the financial agencies of the republic continued work upon more efficient use of budgetary funds, establishing criteria and indicators for measuring this activity.

The deputy Finance Minister Nikolai Chichvarin reported on the results of execution of the republican budget and the municipal budgets in 2011 and the tasks for the financial agencies in 2012. "Receipt of tax and nontax revenues into the consolidated budget of the republic in 2011 totaled 18.597 billion rubles or 88 percent of annual appointments, having increased by 113 percent" - N.Chichvarin said.

The first deputy Finance Minister Ali Islamov delivered report on the results of implementation of the Federal Law 83-FZ made. Islamov noted that the Federal Law dated May 8, 2010 "On amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with the improvement of the legal status of government (municipal) institutions" had radically changed the system of state and municipal agencies.
