Dagestan heavyweight wrestler Magomed Malikov takes the first place in the prestigious ranking list by results of 2011. Last year the sportsman won four of five fights. In two fights he managed to knockout eminent Russian MMA veterans Alexey Oleynik and Alexander Emelianenko.

It is worth noting that the heavyweights from the post-Soviet space take all the leading positions in the ranking list.  The second place is occupied by the Russian Magomed Abdurakhimov. The third place is taken by Belarusian athlete Alexei Kudin. Another representative of Dagestan Ruslan Magomedov takes the sixth position.
