Makhachkala, January 27, 2012. Students of the republican branch of Russian State University for Tourism and Service started new academic year with a training program "Development of tourism and hospitality industry in Russia" based on "Winter School" organized by students from the regions of the Russian Federation, Russian State University of Tourism and Service in Moscow.
"The program participants conducted master classes, seminars, trainings, round tables on various aspects of tourist activity. Practical training in technologies of hotel service was conducted on the basis of the hotel "Cosmos" and the hotel "Gallery" in Moscow. The excursion program for students included trips to the Kremlin Museum-Estate Abramtsevo, Tretyakov Gallery and the other cultural and historical centers of Moscow” - the source said.

Summing up the training course the rector of the Higher School, Professor A.A .Fedulin handed over Certificates to students and invited them to continue studying in Moscow. Dagestan students believe that the knowledge gained within the short term training in Moscow could be implemented in developing the tourism and hospitality industry of Dagestan.
