Makhachkala, January 24, 2012. On January 23, the Head of the North Caucasian Branch of the Russian Registry Service Alexander Stepanov arrived in Makhachkala to introduce the newly appointed Head of Dagestan Branch of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography. Adam Amirilaev has been appointed to the position according to the Order signed by the Economic Development Minister RF Elvira Nabiullina.

Introducing the new leader, Alexander Stepanov gave a brief information on the most pressing problems accumulated in the republic in the specified sphere of activity and identified the challenges facing the Office team.  Stepanov focused on measures to ensure effective implementation of civil rights, and recommended closer collaboration with the republican government departments.
