Makhachkala, January 22, 2012. On January 20 Director General of the State Corporation "Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services" Konstantin Tsitsin visited the construction sites of apartment houses built to meet modern energy efficiency technologies in the towns of Izberbash and Kaspiysk.

During the working trip the high ranked guest was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister RD Rizvan Gazimagomedov, the Minister of Construction and Utilities Abakar Akaev, the heads of some municipal formations and other officials. The construction of energy efficient houses in Izberbash and Kaspiysk is the first experience in the region. For example, the construction of a 4-storey 92-apartment house in the town of Kaspiisk will cost 80.63 million rubles.

The big construction costs are expected to be recouped in the operation period. According to the designers’ project, the energy efficiency of the houses is provided by the insulation of facade; installation of heat pumps and solar panels, illumination of entrances and the local area with breakers. After inspecting the houses the top officials held a sitting in the municipal administration of Kaspiysk on the "Progress of implementation of the Federal Law dated July 21, 2007 № 185-FZ on State Corporation "Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services".
