Makhachkala, June 8, 2010. On June, 8, the Dagestan power marketing company has held the meeting of shareholders. The chairman of Board of the directors of the company Sergey Lapin, the head of the department of perspective development of the company "Holding of the inter-regional network company " Dmitry Ljanguzov, the head of the department of a corporate management of the company “The inter-regional network company of the North Caucasus” Vitaly Volkovskoj have taken part in the meeting.

The director of the Dagestan power marketing company Galip Galipov has spoken with the basic report about results of work of the company in 2009. He has informed that in 2009 company kept the status of the guaranteeing supplier of the electric power of the region.

“The analysis of results of industrial activity of the Society in 2009 shows the tendency of growth of energy consumption in our region”, - Galip Galipov said.

At the end of his speech the lecturer has noted the work of Board of the directors.
