Makhachkala, April 7, 2010. Two personal exhibitions of young artists Patimat Gusejnova from Makhachkala and the guest from Vladikavkaz Alena Shapovalova are opened in the Museum of Modern Art “The First gallery” in Kaspiisk. More than 50 pictures are presented on the exhibition. Masters used the mixed technics of performance - graphite, foam and other modern methods of art.

Alena Shapovalova named the project “Hopelessness Steps”.

“Out of a body” is the name of project of the Dagestan artist Patimat Gusejnova. She has devoted it to her parents.

According to the curator of the exhibition Dzhamilya Dagirova, the presented paintings are good works of modern art which you do not need to understand or love from the very beginning, it is necessary to know simply that it is.

“The First gallery” plans to carry out the big Caucasian biennial in which almost all artists from Northern Caucasia will take part.
