The meeting of the president of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov with the head of the North Caucasian branch of the public corporation "Russian Railways" Vladimir Goloskokov

Makhachkala, March 17, 2010. On March, 16, the president of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov met with the head of the North Caucasian branch of the public corporation "Russian Railway" Vladimir Goloskokov.

The chairman of the government RD Magomed Abdulaev, the head of the administration of the president and the administration of the government RD Gasan Idrisov, the vice-premier of the government RD Muhtar Medjidov and others took part in the meeting.

Opening the meeting, the president thanked visitors for arrival in Dagestan and said: “You know Dagestan. I’m sure that our section of the railway for you is the priority and the attention which you give our republic in railway transportation development, causes gratitude words. For us the transport complex is the priority. We consider that the favorable geopolitical location of our republic allows us to be the leader in the development of a transport infrastructure in North Caucasian Federal District. We would like to develop our mutually beneficial cooperation”.

V. Goloskokov congratulated Magomedsalam Magomedov with the election on a post of the president of Dagestan. He said that cooperation with RD continues for many years. “We do our best to help the inhabitants of Dagestan to use the service of railway transport”.

Some other questions, concerning mutual cooperation in the field of railway transport were also discussed.
