Makhachkala, March 15, 2010. On March, 12 the organizational meeting of the Council of young scientists of the Dagestan centre of science of the Russian Academy of Sciences passed in Makhachkala. The vice-president of the Dagestan centre of science of the Russian Academy of Sciences Murtuzali Gadzhiev announced the agenda.
